When will the updated Bylaws, CCR's and 2025 meeting minutes be posted?

Where can I find out information regarding the bridge repairs?

Mainly I’m wondering:

When does it start?

When is it scheduled to be completed?

Will we lose power and water? If so, when, how will we be notified for scheduled outages?

SO, with the bridge being replaced in July does that mean there will be no members meeting?

Has anyone had their driveway plowed yet by Steve? Mine has not yet been but had some friends up there for NYE and they couldn’t get into my driveway without shoveling it as it was blocked from plowing the road.

Does anyone know who might be taking over for Dave in regard to snow removal?

I see that nothing was mentioned in the March 24 minutes about the audit and when it will be done. It is required by Washington state law. Also, when will something be done with the logs at the end of Heron Dr? Whoever put them there is responsible for removing them as that is a platted river access, not a storage yard for someone's waste.
